COACH CHELSCIE

Coach Chelscie comes to Worthy Total Fitness with over 5 years of experience as a HS & Collegiate Track & Field/Cross Country Coach, & personal trainer. More recently, she has gained experience as a Sports Performance Coach & is currently an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Denison University working with women’s soccer, tennis, squash, & football.

She grew up competing in multiple sports such as track & field, cross country, soccer, basketball, karate, swim, & dance. In college she ran two years of track & field & cross country. There she discovered her love for coaching during her senior year of college, after coaching at a local high school. Through experiencing a few injuries herself, throughout her athletics career, she also became interested in injury prevention via Strength & Conditioning.

Chelscie received her M.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Strength & Conditioning from California State University, Fullerton. Prior to her time at Fullerton, she earned a B.S. in Exercise Science from Sacramento State University where she competed on the NCAA Division I Women’s Rowing team.

She aims to utilize her expertise to help others accomplish their goals & educate clients along the way. Chelscie enjoys lifting, running, hiking, going to local farmers markets, festivals, & spending time with her husband & puppy.
