Worthy Total Fitness (WTF) is a 5,500 square foot, custom-built training facility in Columbus, Ohio, in the heart of Creekside, Gahanna. Our goal is to coach clients in an energetic, positive, and motivating environment. Our unique progress monitoring system measures athleticism through strength, cardio, mobility, flexibility, agility, and conditioning and brings out your inner competitor.

Our training options include Personal Training, Semi-Private Training, TRX Training, and Youth Strength & Conditioning Training. For each athlete, we adapt, modify, design, and challenge to their level. We identify strengths and weaknesses in order to set, reach, and hold you accountable to your fitness goals. On top of that, we have a pretty cool #worthy community.

WTF Strength (1-6 athletes)

  • Corrective exercise for first the 20 minutes.

  • Strength work for the next 30 minutes.

  • Finish with 10 minutes of conditioning intervals.

You get the individual attention needed when it comes to corrective exercise and the strength work in 60 minutes.

WTF Conditioning (1-8 athletes)

  • Dynamic warm up for the first 5 minutes.

  • Core for the next 5-10 minutes.

  • Interval training for the final 15-20 minutes.

30 minute total body cardio workout with light strength in a semi-private session.



WTF TRX (1-4 athletes)

  • Core and dynamic warm up for the first 5-10 minutes.

  • Total body, bodyweight suspension training for 30-40 minutes.

45 minute total body TRX suspension training class.


WTF Personal Training (1 on 1)

  • Corrective exercise for 15-20 minutes.

  • Core for 5-10 minutes.

  • Strength work for 20-25 minutes.

  • Interval training for 15-20 minutes.

Sessions starting at $45/hr.


WTF Youth (1-4 athletes)

  • Core and dynamic warm up for the first 5-10 minutes.

  • Form and functional movement training for 10-15 minutes.

  • Fitness game for the final 10-15 minutes.

40 minute engaging fitness class to introduce, improve, and/or increase athleticism.



Wodify is used to schedule classes, provide members access to daily workouts and performance history.
