My WTF Journey - Michelle

I was very active in my teenage years through my twenties.  After settling into my career, the years passed by and I was not prioritizing my health. Approximately two years ago, I discovered a “supermom” fitness class directed by Mark.   I really enjoyed his philosophy with fitness, so I opted to start training with him on a one-on-one basis.

In my opinion, there are two areas of emphasis for Mark – total body wellness and proper technique.  Total body wellness does not include just the fitness aspect but also involves the nutritional aspect and the mind.  Not only does he push you with challenging workouts, he also provides easy to follow meal plans.  When you follow his workouts and meal plans – you see results, which means your overall confidence improves!

He helps achieve your goals.  For example, a year ago, I wanted to try competitive powerlifting.  He helped me set goals, create a path to get to them, and tweaked my nutrition to help me stay on target. 

Mark also is knowledgeable and observant.  He knows how the body moves and has an eye at identifying even the slightest improper form. This emphasis helps ensure long term health by sharply reducing risk of injury.

With Mark’s help, I feel like me again!  I may no longer be in my 20s, but I am as strong and as fit as I was then.  As a bonus, I have lost over 40 pounds! I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone interested in setting the foundations for improved fitness and living a healthier lifestyle!
