My journal with WTF has been nothing short of incredible. I’ve learned things about myself that I never knew I was capable of. I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, and have much more energy and endurance than I have before. The most surprising thing that I learned about myself is that I love RUNNING ON THE TREADMILL. That’s the thing I used to hate the most when I was out of shape. HAHA. Mark’s training style is exactly what I needed when I had no direction or understanding of how to effectively eat and exercise my way to a healthy lifestyle. Mark showed me exactly how to exercise, why we do the exercises, and what they do for my body. He also taught me how to eat healthier and stick with it in the long term, instead of throwing me on some fad diet. Not only that, but I’ve been able to surprise myself by placing high scores on many different workout challenges that we’ve done in the past few months. If it weren’t for Mark pushing me to do my very best, I wouldn’t have achieved the results that I have achieved. He is a strong motivator and best of all, this isn’t just a guy training a person for a paycheck. He’s building a family. At Worthy, we are all a family working to the same goal… living a healthy lifestyle. Working with Mark has been one of the best investments I have ever made.
